The Coach of the Year is someone who has made a positive and REAL difference to the members and the Club in that time. The Coach of the Year must be an active coach within the club, association or at a national level. The coach should install enjoyment of the game in the players regardless of the results. The results achieved by the players coached will be taken into consideration. The nominee has a professional approach to all their coaching and is respected by players and other coaches.
