The Umpire of the Year is someone who has made a positive impact within the umpiring community. The Umpire of the Year must be an active umpire within the club, umpiring a minimum of 15 games throughout the netball season. The results and improvement achieved will be taken into consideration. The umpire has a professional approach to all their umpiring and is respected by players, umpires and the netball community. Umpiring is the only paid role within Titans Netball, however it is a requirement that Titans Netball submit at least 20 umpires each season.
